RUSH SHIPMENTS/SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: 
If necessary, for an additional charge, we will ship UPS Air Next Day, 2nd or 3rd Day, or Freight Collect. 
We will promptly take care of your needs.

SHIPPING POLICY:
National Stock Sign ships prepaid and adds any applicable shipping charges to your invoice.

UPS is used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

An additional $7.00 fee will be added if delivery is to be made to a residential address.

We do not ship C.O.D.


RETURN POLICY:
Returns are not permitted without prior authorization. Products must be in resellable condition without price tags or other markings.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged on any returned merchandise. Returned merchandise must be shipped back at your expense.
Please notify us within 10 days in the event of a problem with your order.

PRICES:
National Stock Sign strives to maintain prices at the lowest level. Occasionally, prices change without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.
